Maryann B.


Maryann Zaki is an energy and commercial litigator who helps clients resolve disputes in state and federal courts. She focuses her practice on the energy, admiralty and maritime, and mortgage services industries. Maryann has experience litigating various issues arising from breach of contract disputes, real estate contracts, product liability claims, shareholder derivative matters and toxic torts.

Prior to joining Sutherland, Maryann served as a legal intern for the Honorable Gray H. Miller of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
