Mary Beth Martinez advises clients on complex litigation matters, including contractual disputes, product liability and employment arbitration issues.

Prior to joining Sutherland as an associate, Mary Beth served as a law clerk for the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson, III, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  She also participated in the firm’s 2012 Summer Associate program.

While in law school, she served as the Executive Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review and was a member of the winning team at the 2013 National First Amendment Moot Court Competition.
