Kristin advises a variety of entities, including business development companies (BDCs), on general corporate governance issues and regulatory filing needs with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristin served as a law clerk at Sutherland in 2013 and participated in the Firm’s 2012 Summer Associate Program. Kristin was also a high school history teacher before joining the firm.

Kristin is admitted to the Maryland State Bar. She has submitted her application to the District of Columbia Bar. Her work is supervised by District of Columbia Bar members.
