In upstream oil and gas, Jenni represents companies in disputes arising under joint operating agreements, offshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, production sharing and numerous other related project agreements.
In addition to contentious matters concerning energy and natural resources, Jenni counsels clients on the structuring of specific trade transactions and drafts terms and conditions of sale, specific agreements and charter party forms for the marketing, trading and transport of oil, petroleum products and natural resources. She also advises companies involved in offshore energy on maritime matters, such as offshore support vessels, semi-submersibles and pipeline/cable laying.
Jenni is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, presenting globally on upstream oil and gas, and energy and natural resources trading. Prior to joining Sutherland, she spent a number of years in the London office of a global law firm, where she focused on energy and commodities.
