Jae Yoon counsels clients facing investigations and actions brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), self-regulatory organizations, state regulators and private litigants. He represents board members and company officials at broker-dealers, investment companies, investment advisers and other corporations on litigation matters resulting from securities enforcement, compliance and disclosure issues.

Before joining Sutherland as an associate, Jae participated in the firm’s 2005 Summer Associate Program, where he gained experience in a wide range of litigation matters.
