Doyle Campbell represents public companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms and hedge funds in their corporate and transactional matters. The issues vary from general corporate governance to securities legal needs, including derivatives, mergers and acquisitions and other financial transactions entered into by hedge funds and other financial institutions. In particular, Doyle represents business development companies (BDCs) in connection with their formations and initial public offerings. He counsels established BDCs regarding their investments in portfolio companies, senior debt, mezzanine finance, growth and other funds.
Doyle has significant experience negotiating and documenting International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) master agreements, cleared derivatives documentation, master repurchase agreements, collateral and other credit support documents, prime brokerage agreements and securities lending agreements. Additionally, he advises clients on compliance with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
