Doyle also represents institutional investors in hedge funds, private equity funds and private equity direct and co-investments. His investor-side clients have included state and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, funds of funds and asset management funds.
Doyle also represents publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms, hedge funds and institutional investors in complex corporate and transactional matters. These matters include governance and securities legal needs, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity restructurings and recapitalizations, services, employment and other agreements, and financial and investment transactions, including investments in portfolio companies, alternative investments, senior debt, mezzanine finance, growth and other funds.
