David Cho focuses his practice on federal tax controversy and litigation. He also advises clients with respect to incentives for renewable and alternative energy investments, and structuring renewable energy investments to maximize the availability of tax credits and other incentives.
In the tax controversy area, David has experience representing corporations on a wide range of domestic and international tax issues arising from general business operations and complex financial transactions. David represents clients in all phases of tax controversy, including examination, administrative appeal and litigation. He has practiced in U.S. District Courts.
