Cathy Garza is a commercial litigator who advises on energy, construction and business disputes before state and federal courts. Cathy also counsels oil and gas clients on commercial disputes and tort claims.

Additionally, she provides support on large-scale litigation projects, including legal research and writing, legal document review, exhibit preparation and document management.

Prior to joining Sutherland, Cathy was an attorney at a commercial litigation law firm in Houston. Her previous experience included serving as an intern for the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office.
