Brittany Edwards-Franklin counsels clients on a range of employee benefits matters, including qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation and executive compensation. She also advises on employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Sutherland as an associate, Brittany participated in the firm’s Summer Associate program. Her previous experience includes working as a law clerk for Legal Aid of North Carolina, where she assisted with employment law matters. She also served as an extern for Judge Allyson Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
