WASHINGTON (February 8, 2011) – Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP represented Oxford Lane Capital Corp., a registered closed-end fund investing in senior loans, in its initial public offering of 1,825,000 shares of its common stock. As a result of the offering, which closed on January 25, Oxford Lane Capital Corp. raised gross proceeds of $36.5 million.
