HOUSTON (May 15, 2009) – Felicia H. Kyle, an attorney with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, has been re-elected for a second term to the Pearland City Council, the legislative and policy-making body of Pearland. The Council, which consists of five members elected at-large for three-year, staggered terms, provides community leadership, develops policies to guide the city in delivering services and achieving community goals, and encourages citizen awareness and involvement.
