Mr. Bliwise, who will be resident in the firm's expanding New York office, focuses in commercial real estate on a national basis, including conventional and capital market financings, acquisitions and dispositions, equity investments and debt restructurings. Mr. Bliwise will chair the firm's real estate finance practice in New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bliwise was a member of Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross P.C. in New York and chaired the firm's Real Estate Finance Group. His experience includes representing commercial and investment banks, pension funds and their advisors, insurance companies, institutional owners and investors, and others. Mr. Bliwise has written for numerous trade and legal publications and is a frequent speaker on real estate and real estate finance topics.
