ATLANTA and WASHINGTON (April 24, 2001) – Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP is pleased to announce that Steven B. Boehm and Teresa Wynn Roseborough have been elected to the firm's Executive Committee. Announced during the firm's annual Partners' Meeting on April 20-22, Boehm and Roseborough will each serve a three-year term.

Steve Boehm is a partner in the Washington office and concentrates his practice in the corporate and securities area, with an emphasis on matters involving asset management arising under the jurisdiction of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also currently maintains one of the nation's leading public venture capital fund practices. Steve is a graduate of Rutgers Law School.
Teresa Wynn Roseborough is a partner in the Atlanta office where she focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, especially those involving constitutional law, telecommunications law, education law, wetlands and government regulation. Teresa served as law clerk for Justice John Paul Stevens of the United States Supreme Court during the 1987-1988 term, and in 1994-1996 served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel of the United States Department of Justice. She is a high honors graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law.
