Energy Firms Struggle to Meet Dodd-Frank Reporting Deadline

On April 10, Dodd-Frank requires commercial end-users to begin reporting and maintaining records on all swaps to which they are counterparties—unless the CFTC grants affected market participants a last-minute extension.
