In a May 17, 2012 Fulton County Daily Report article titled, "Negotiating for a new start after fire," Sutherland attorney Lee A. Peifer discusses a pro bono case that resulted in a favorable settlement for his client. The case, which was worked in conjunction with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, involved a tenant and landlord dispute after a severe fire damaged rental property.
