FERC issued a notice of intent to prepare an environmental assessment (EA) for the Sabine Pass Liquefaction Modification Project, which involves construction and operation of a heavies removal unit; condensate storage, metering and send-out facilities, four gas pipeline meter stations, natural gas liquids truck loading facilities, and other facility modifications to the Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Cameron County, La. Comments on the scope of the EA are due February 4, 2012. FERC’s notice can be found on eLibrary under Docket No. CP13-2.
