Pangea LNG (North America) Holdings, LLC (Pangea), filed an application with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) seeking a 25-year authorization to export domestically produced LNG up to the equivalent of 398.5 Bcf/year to nations without a Free Trade Agreement with the United States. Pangea proposes to export the LNG from its proposed South Texas LNG Project to be located at the Port of Corpus Christi in Ingleside, Texas. Pangea’s application can be found on DOE’s website under Docket No. 12-184-LNG.
