CBC News reports that Royal Dutch Shell plc’s (Shell) $6.7 billion acquisition of certain LNG assets of Repsol S.A. does not include the Canaport LNG import terminal in New Brunswick, Canada. As part of the agreement, Shell has committed to supply around 0.1 million tons per year of LNG to the Canaport terminal for 10 years. Read more in the press release.
