FERC released an update on its review of Cameron LNG LLC’s application to construct liquefaction and LNG export terminal facilities at the site of Cameron’s existing LNG import terminal in Cameron Parish, La. According to the update, FERC is currently analyzing the application in preparation for a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS). The next step in the review process is for FERC to issue the DEIS and receive public comments. The project update can be found on eLibrary under Docket No. CP13-25.
