Sabine Pass Liquefaction filed a response to Sierra Club’s motion for stay of FERC’s order approving the Sabine Pass LNG export terminal in Cameron Parish, La. Sabine Pass argues that Sierra Club failed to establish that it will suffer irreparable harm if a stay is not granted and that granting a stay will cause Sabine Pass and the communities of Southwestern Louisiana substantial harm. The response can be found in FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. CP11-72.
