July 4, 2012

Sierra Club filed comments on the scope of FERC’s environmental review of Corpus Christi Liquefaction’s proposed LNG export terminal and associated pipeline, stating that environmental review should include the impacts of additional shale gas production that will be induced by the proposed project and that a full environmental impact statement, rather than an environmental assessment, should be prepared. Sierra Club’s comments can be found on FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. PF12-3.
