FERC has requested that various agencies participate as cooperating agencies in the preparation of an environmental impact statement for Jordan Cove Energy Project’s proposed LNG export terminal to be located on the North Spit of Coos Bay, in Coos County

FERC has requested that various agencies participate as cooperating agencies in the preparation of an environmental impact statement for Jordan Cove Energy Project’s proposed LNG export terminal to be located on the North Spit of Coos Bay, in Coos County, Ore., and related pipeline. FERC requested participation from the Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, National Marine Fisheries Service, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service. The requests can be found on eLibrary under Docket Nos. PF12-7 and PF12-17.
