FERC Chairman Wellinghoff has sent letters to Louisiana Governor Jindal and several U.S. Representatives from Louisiana assuring them that FERC will fully consider the issues before it acts on Sierra Club’s motion for stay and rehearing of FERC’s order authorizing the Sabine Pass LNG export project. The letters can be found on eLibrary under Docket No. CP11-72.
