Massachusetts State Rep. David Sullivan submitted a letter to FERC asking the Commission to rescind its approval of the Weaver’s Cove LNG import project. Rep. Sullivan asserts that Weaver’s Cove LNG used an incorrect model to analyze LNG vapor dispersion and that the terminal’s authorization should be revisited and reversed. The submission is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
