The Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) has allowed Clatsop County to withdraw its previous approval of the Oregon LNG terminal and associated pipeline projects. LUBA’s decision overrules an objection filed by Oregon LNG to the withdrawal. The Daily Astorian reports that a public hearing on reconsideration of the Oregon LNG project will be held March 9, 2011, in Astoria, Ore.
