Last week, Freeport LNG submitted to FERC an analysis of vapor dispersion zones under various scenarios of LNG releases. The analysis was submitted in response to requests for information that address revised interpretations of safety regulations issued by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) and is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP03-75.
