FERC issued an order last week rejecting a number of tariff revisions proposed by Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP, including one that would require shippers at the Cove Point facility to import LNG cargos in order to maintain proper temperature and operational status for the terminal. In its order, FERC tentatively scheduled a technical conference to discuss the proposal on July 7, 2011. FERC’s order is available in the Commission’s eLibrary under Docket No. RP11-2136.
