Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC has withdrawn its previous petition for a declaratory order or waiver for its proposed bi-directional terminal capacity transactions. Sabine Pass informed FERC that the transactions now contemplated are different from those described in the original petition, so its petition is moot. The notice of withdrawal is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. RP11-2127.
