Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP has submitted a partial agreement and motion for shortened comment period to FERC for the Cove Point LNG terminal proceeding. The proposed interim settlement would call for LNG deliveries to the facility in mid-August and a daily limit on natural gas sendout in order to maintain cryogenic conditions in the storage tanks. Dominion Cove Point requests that FERC act on its proposed settlement by July 27, 2011. The filing is available in FERC eLibrary under Docket No. RP11-2136.
