Late last week, FERC renewed its previous request that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) initiate formal consultation with the Commission on issues related to the Endangered Species Act in the Jordan Cove LNG project proceeding. FERC’s letter to FWS is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-444.
