FERC has authorized construction for the EcoElectrica Terminal Modification Project, but noted that no LNG can be introduced to these facilities until the terminal demonstrates compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s exclusion zone rules. FERC’s order is available in the eLibrary under Docket No. CP95-35.
