Cathy Tortorici, a division chief with the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), told the Daily Astorian that her agency is not required to meet a March 8, 2010 deadline to submit its findings on threatened or endangered species that could be affected by the Bradwood Landing LNG project.
