The Daily Astorian reports that, following a preliminary injunction issued by a U.S. district court requiring the Port of Astoria to extend the master lease underlying a sublease to Oregon LNG at the site of the developer’s planned LNG import terminal, the port commissioners met Tuesday to consider the steps necessary to implement the court’s order.
