Alaskan utility Enstar Natural Gas Co. told the Anchorage Daily News that the company is considering LNG imports as a means to secure additional natural gas supplies when increased demand outstrips the company's contracted gas supplies in the coming year

Alaskan utility Enstar Natural Gas Co. told the Anchorage Daily News that the company is considering LNG imports as a means to secure additional natural gas supplies when increased demand outstrips the company's contracted gas supplies in the coming years. A company spokesperson added that it would not be realistic to expect Enstar to begin importing LNG by 2013.
