Dominion Cove Point LNG, L.P. (DCP) has filed a formal application to modify its existing berthing facilities at the Cove Point LNG import terminal. The application, which includes a Draft Environmental Assessment revised from the original version filed in the pre-filing docket, indicates that the reinforced pier structure will allow the terminal to accept LNG cargos from QFLEX and QMAX class vessels. DCP’s application is available in the FERC eLibrary under CP09-60.
