Yesterday FERC issued three requests for consultation regarding the potential environmental impacts of the Downeast LNG import project. FERC is seeking guidance from two offices in the National Marine Fisheries Service, as well as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. FERC’s requests are available in the eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-52.
