This week Freeport LNG proposed the installation of two natural gas liquids (NGL) extraction trains and other associated infrastructure at its existing Phase I LNG terminal. Freeport has requested an exemption from FERC’s pre-filing procedures for the project. Freeport’s request is available in the FERC eLibrary. [There is no docket number currently associated with this proposal.]
