The Western Environmental Law Center submitted a letter to FERC this week requesting a supplemental environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Jordan Cove LNG Terminal and Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline. The letter explains that the withdrawal of the Western Oregon Plan Revisions (cited numerous times in the final EIS) renders the associated analysis legally deficient. The letter is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-444.
