The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has responded to FERC’s request for formal consultation in the Bradwood Landing LNG project regulatory proceeding, stating “Due to the scope and scale of the project and the amount of information provided for review, 30 days is insufficient time to allow the [NMFS] to make a definitive determination” regarding the findings of the project’s Biological Assessment.
