The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) informed FERC last month that formal consultation by NMFS is warranted for eleven marine species that FERC previously said were not likely to be adversely affected by the construction and operation of the Bradwood Landing LNG import terminal. NMFS’ letter to FERC is available in the eLibrary under Docket No. CP06-365.
