Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley and the City of Fall River, Mass., have filed a reply to a recent Weaver’s Cove Energy filing. The two parties from Massachusetts contend that FERC’s recent determination that Weaver’s Cove Energy has control over a parcel of land known as the “wedge lot” provides additional support for rehearing in this proceeding. The reply is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
