The State of Rhode Island has filed an appeal of the U.S. Coast Guard’s Letter of Recommendation that determined waterways associated with the Weaver’s Cove LNG project were suitable for the LNG vessel traffic. The appeal is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
