Weaver’s Cove Energy, LLC filed a response to an objection submitted by the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC) to the developer’s request that the Commission declare Condition 24 of  the order approving the Weaver’s Cove LNG project satisfied. In its answer, Weaver’s Cove argues that Condition 24, requiring the developer to secure CRMC’s concurrence with the project’s Coastal Zone Management Act consistency certification, pertains only to dredging activities. The answer is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
