Predicting that FERC will give final approval to the Broadwater LNG proposal soon, Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal yesterday pledged to continue to oppose the project. Blumenthal stated that his office “will take the deficiencies in that federal approval and go to federal court as soon as we can.” The Connecticut Post offers additional coverage.
