The Facts (Brazoria County, Texas) reports that as commissioning nears for the Freeport LNG terminal, company officials have been answering questions from local residents of Quintana, Texas, about the facilities operations and safety procedures. Freeport LNG terminal manager Steven Arbelovsky said, “[w]e want to be a good partner with the people of Quintana and keep them informed.” The first LNG carrier is scheduled to arrive at the terminal on April 14, 2008.
