Connecticut’s Governor, M. Jodi Rell (R), and Attorney General, Richard Blumenthal (D), announced yesterday that the State of Connecticut has filed an Application for Rehearing of FERC’s decision to grant conditional approval for the Broadwater LNG terminal. A press release issued by Attorney General Blumenthal’s office offers additional details. The Application for Rehearing is available in FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. CP06-54.
