The Daily Astorian reports that the Astoria (Ore.) City Council voted unanimously to send a letter to FERC expressing concern that Bradwood Landing LNG’s proposed Emergency Response Plan and suggested cost sharing agreements are insufficient. According to the news article, the City Council’s letter to FERC characterizes the position of the LNG terminal developers as a “‘take it or leave it’ approach.”
