Earlier this week, Martha Coakley, the Attorney General for Massachusetts, filed comments with FERC expressing concern that, for purposes of the environmental review, Weaver’s Cove Energy’s proposed offshore LNG unloading project should not be considered as an independent  project  from the original Weaver’s Cove onshore proposal. The comments are available under Docket No. PF08-18 in FERC’s eLibrary and the Fall River Herald News provides additional coverage.
