Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper said yesterday that his government is “examining obviously all aspects of [the Canada-Russia] relationship” in the wake of events in the Caucasus region, and did not rule out an examination of Russian gas giant Gazprom’s entrance into the proposed Rabaska LNG terminal near Quebec.
