D.C. Circuit Denies Requests for Rehearing in Cove Point Terminal Expansion Proceeding

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia announced yesterday that it has denied the requests for rehearing of Washington Gas Light, Dominion Cove Point LNG, and Dominion Transmission on the gas quality issues in the Cove Point LNG Expansion proceeding. The Court also denied Dominion’s motion to stay issuance of the mandate filed on September 2, 2008.  The filing is available on PACER under Case No. 07-1015.
